When you use Get Queued, we may collect your email address, your name (if you provide it), referral and waitlist-related data (such as referral links and signup positions), and basic usage analytics to understand how the product is used. We collect only what is needed to run the service.
We use your information to provide and operate Get Queued (including waitlist pages, referral tracking, and your founder dashboard), to send confirmation and transactional emails, and to improve the product. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. Our primary database provider is Supabase, hosted in their Ireland (EU) data center. We choose regions and providers to support strong data protection standards.
We use session cookies strictly as needed for authentication and keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for analytics on marketing profiles.
We rely on a small set of processors to run Get Queued: Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Lemon Squeezy for subscription billing and payments. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, email us at hello@getqueued.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.
