By accessing or using Get Queued ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Get Queued provides software for creating waitlists, managing signups, and operating referral-based position tracking for founders and teams. Features and limits may vary by plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, distribute illegal content, harass others, impersonate people or organizations, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Paid plans are billed monthly (or as shown at checkout) through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
You retain ownership of your waitlist content and subscriber data. Get Queued retains all rights in the platform, branding, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription or free plan, subject to these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Queued and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
